About Us
Ivy's Logistics is a final mile delivery company. Not a broker, not a marketplace — an operator that staffs, trains, and manages the drivers who bring your product to the door.
Our Story
We did not start as a logistics brand looking for a category. We started by running delivery routes ourselves — hiring drivers, covering call-outs at 5am, and answering for every stop that did not get made.
That experience shaped what we sell. We learned that final mile rarely fails because someone cannot drive. It fails because a route went unstaffed, a new driver was never properly trained, or nobody can say what actually happened at the door.
So we built the operation around those three things: staff every route before the day starts, train every driver before their first stop, and document every delivery. When we tell a client their volume is covered, that is backed by a schedule we confirmed the day before — not a hope that everyone shows up.
That discipline didn’t start on the road. Before Ivy, our founder spent 20 years at JPMorgan Chase running businesses, learning how companies are built to grow and why a client’s trust is a fiduciary duty, not a slogan. We run every route to that same standard. Your packages, your customers and your reputation are in our hands, and we take that personally.

Routes are staffed and confirmed ahead of time. Call-outs and coverage gaps are ours to solve before they reach you.
Scans and proof of delivery on each package, so exceptions can be answered with a record instead of a guess.
Insured, licensed, and contracted drivers. The employment and insurance overhead stays on our side of the line.
Peak season, a new market, or a volume jump — we add drivers and routes without restarting the relationship.
What We Value
Coverage is the promise. A route that does not run is a failure no amount of reporting fixes, so staffing comes first.
If a delivery got missed, you hear it from us with the reason. Clients can plan around a problem they know about.
