Warehouse Protocols

The warehouse rules keep everyone safe, ensure operations run smoothly, and maintain compliance with site requirements. These protocols must be followed every time you’re on site.

  • No Crocs or open-toe shoes – safety first

  • Safety vest required inside at all times

  • No open-bed trucks allowed in the facility

  • No children in the warehouse

  • Keep your work area clean and organized

Package Protocols

HANDLE WITH CARE

Consistency in how you handle packages protects the customer, your pay, and overall route performance. These accountability standards help us maintain high service levels across all territories.

  • No USPS mailboxes 🚫 this is a federal offense

  • Payroll Checks must be delivered before 4 PM

  • Place at front / side door only

  • All photo must clearly show the package and house #s

  • Handle every delivery with care, especially fragile or oversized items

Route Completion

STAY ACCOUNTABLE

Consistency in how you handle packages protects the customer, your pay, and overall route performance. These accountability standards help us maintain high service levels across all territories.

  • No Pay for dropped loads / 90%+ completion required

  • Deliveries must be attempted at the location, and every stop must be properly closed out in the system.

  • $25 per day per package for attempts not returned

  • $100 fee for a missing package

  • Up to $250 fee for perishable items

Pay & Performance

END-OF-DAY STEPS

Understanding payroll timing and following proper route procedures ensures accurate pay and smooth daily operations.

  • Work Week: Saturday – Friday

  • Payroll: Electronic payment with a one-week delay

  • Manifest Export: Export and send your manifest to the WhatsApp group daily

Communication

STAY CONNECTED

Clear communication and thorough route completion keep operations running smoothly and ensure accurate records for payroll, performance tracking, and customer satisfaction.

  • Call dispatch for breakdowns or illness — no call = no pay

  • Submit time-off requests early

  • Weekend days off rotate fairly

  • Complete every stop properly before logging out
