We are a professional last-mile delivery company focused on safe, accurate, and reliable service. Our drivers play a critical role in our success, and we take onboarding seriously to ensure expectations are clear from the start.

All onboarding steps must be completed prior to your start date. Failure to complete these steps may result in removal from consideration or from the schedule.

This onboarding process is designed for prospective and newly approved drivers to understand our standards, requirements, and what is expected before Day 1.

STEP 1:

Online Application & Background Screening

☐  Create an account (or Log In)
☐  Enter the appropriate location code:

All drivers must complete the OpenForce application and background screening to move forward with onboarding. This step confirms eligibility and assigns you to the correct warehouse.

STEP 2:

Delivery Best Practices & Standards

Drivers must review the Delivery Best Practices & Standards, including VOP do’s and don’ts. Acknowledgment of this review is included in the Independent Contractor Agreement and is required before scheduling.

STEP 3:

Independent Contractor Agreement

☐ Review all terms carefully
☐ Submit digital signature

Review and sign the Independent Contractor Agreement. This agreement outlines your role, responsibilities, payment structure, and operational expectations. Review and signature are required to complete onboarding and be eligible for scheduling.

STEP 4:

First Day Instructions

Review the first-day instructions carefully to ensure a smooth start. This step covers arrival expectations, required apps, and what to bring on your first day. Completion of all items is required to remain on the schedule.

☐ Bring a valid driver’s license
☐ Bring a fully charged phone
☐ Wear appropriate footwear and delivery-ready clothing
☐ Download the OnRoute app (iPhone or Android)
☐ Arrive on time at the location
☐ Call or text the onsite contact listed in your confirmation email upon arrival

‼️Late arrivals or no-shows will be removed from the schedule.
