Drive With Us
We are looking for dependable delivery drivers in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Charlotte, and Georgia. If you show up and take care of the packages, we will keep you working.
Why Drive With Ivy's
We know what makes a route worth running, because we have run them.
Regular routes on a set schedule, so you can plan your week instead of chasing work day to day.
Paid every week, on schedule. Rates are discussed openly before you take a route — no surprises.
Real onboarding on scanning, delivery photos, and exception handling before your first solo route.
You stay on routes you know. Familiar territory means faster days and fewer headaches.
When something goes wrong on the road, you reach a person who can actually help.
Drivers who perform get first look at additional routes, and at dispatch and lead roles as we expand.

Questions
It depends on the route. Some of our contracted routes include a provided vehicle; others require your own cargo van or box truck. Tell us what you have on the application and we will match you to what fits.
Most routes start in the morning at a facility where you load your van, then run a set territory of stops. Route length varies by market and volume — we will walk you through the specifics for your area on the call.
